This Furuno FR-2125 ARPA radar is designed to meet various customers’ needs such as coasters, fishing vessels, mega yachts, commercial shipping vessels, passenger ships as well as high-speed craft, etc. This model of Furuno Radar meets the requirements of international standards regulations.
This model comes with an Electronic Plotting AID – EPA card installed. While ARP-26 card for ARPA functionality and video plotter card RP-26 PCB are optional cards. The ARPA facility reduces the workload of the ship personnel to great extent and improves the standards of collision avoidance.
21″ high-resolution color CRT display of Furuno FR-2125 delivers 275mm of effective diameter. Radar echoes are shown in a user-selected color with an option for day or night background color which makes the observation easy during changing light conditions of day and night. Different color selection options can be assigned for marks, symbols, and texts as per user preference. Control unit/keyboard is designed for easy operation and navigation of the menu with the use of push buttons in combination with rotary controls. Operational features satisfy IMO and IEC requirements.
